Operating out of our base in Surrey, J&O Groundworks specialise in delivering groundwork solutions with an emphasis on quality across the South East regions of England. We have wide-ranging experience working on both large and smaller-scale projects and across a variety of different sectors. We’ve delivered groundworks packages and other works for a number of prestigious high-end housing developments in recent years and are proud to have delivered works for some of our more famous local landmarks; completing projects for Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures and most recently, have successfully delivered two projects for LEGOLAND.

Our Services
We strive to maintain competitive prices across all of our services and can offer different payment options to suit individual needs, whether that be lump sum prices or price-measured rates as required, on a labour, plant and materials basis. We have completed works as both Principal Contractor and Subcontractor in the past, and are happy and available to work on either basis, depending on what best suits your project size and budget.
Earthworks
J&O Groundworks has vast experience in bulk excavation and earth removal. Our dedicated team can clear sites of non-hazardous waste, rubble and unwanted materials. Don’t worry, if however hazardous waste is known or suspected, we will liaise with the relevant local authorities for its safe removal.

We are able to design & install stormwater attenuation units and package pumping stations for deep basement projects.
